CEO&G has established significant production and reserves across multiple plays.
Craig Elder Oil and Gas, L.L.C. began originating and selling prospects in south central Oklahoma in 1989. In 1999 CEO&G became an Operator in the state of Oklahoma and expanded as an Independent Exploration and Production company with a focus on Oklahoma’s Mid Continent region, primarily in McClain and Logan counties. Through long-term relationships with sophisticated investors and high quality vendors, CEO&G has established significant production and reserves across multiple plays.
In 2005 Craig Elder Oil and Gas formed a sister company named Arrow Drilling. After building and running drilling rigs on CEO&G’s own wells, and numerous other Operators’ wells, Arrow Drilling was liquidated in 2008.
In 2008 CEO&G formed another sister company named Golden Trend Gas Gathering in order to build a natural gas pipeline system in Southern Oklahoma. In 2011, Golden Trend’s gathering system and associated assets were sold to Duke Energy Field Services.
Today Craig Elder Oil and Gas, L.L.C. Operates wells in Central and South Central Oklahoma and works to identify new low-risk exploration opportunities using current technologies such as 3D Seismic Mapping and Horizontal Drilling.
